In this video, we interviewed the parents of trick-or-treaters in Santa Clarita, California. Every single one of them agreed that Halloween would be better if it were on a weekend every year.

Why is Halloween celebrated on October 31st?

October 31st was the last day of the year in the Celtic religion and the new year began on November 1st. On the last night of the year, they believed the souls of good and evil spirits roamed the streets and revisited their homes. Halloween was the only day of the year that the help of the Devil was invoked with matters like life, marriage, and death. The John Ankerberg Show explains in this informative video.
